Urban Score is a civic-tech platform designed to measure city walkability, accessibility, and local quality of life based on the “15-minute city” model.

The Service aggregates public open datasets, geospatial mapping, and pedestrian routing engines to generate personalized location ratings and walkability scores for residents, prospective homebuyers, urban planners, and municipal partners.

2. Disclaimer of Accuracy & Reliance on Open Data

  • Informational Purposes Only: All location ratings, travel times, walkability scores, and mapped amenities provided by Urban Score are for general informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute official real-estate, legal, urban planning, or safety advice.
  • Open Data Reliance: Our scores rely heavily on third-party open datasets (such as municipal open data portals, OpenStreetMap, and public transit GTFS feeds). While we make reasonable efforts to maintain current and accurate algorithms, we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of underlying public datasets.
  • Real-World Variations: Pedestrian routing estimates may vary due to temporary road/sidewalk closures, weather, physical barriers, construction, or personal mobility factors.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Our Content: The Urban Score logo, custom software code, UI design, text, graphical interfaces, branding, and original algorithms are the exclusive intellectual property of PartWolf.Digital and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights under EU and international law.
  • Open Data & Third-Party Assets: Third-party mapping data and open datasets remain the property of their respective creators and licensors (e.g., OpenStreetMap contributors) and are used under their corresponding open licenses (e.g., ODbL, CC-BY).
  • Limited License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

When using Urban Score, you agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of local, national, or international regulations.
  • Engage in automated data extraction, scraping, crawling, or harvesting of scores and data without prior written authorization from PartWolf.Digital.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the underlying source code or routing algorithms.
  • Overload, flood, or launch denial-of-service (DoS) attacks against our servers or API endpoints.
  • Misrepresent or alter Urban Score ratings to deceive buyers, renters, or municipal authorities.

5. Municipal & B2B Commercial Services

If you are a city administration, municipality, real-estate agency, or corporate partner seeking a tailored implementation, custom dataset integration, or API license of Urban Score, the scope of work, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing are governed by a separate Commercial Master Services Agreement (MSA) between PartWolf.Digital and your organization. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and an MSA, the MSA shall prevail.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable European law:

  • The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • Neither PartWolf.Digital nor its officers, employees, or partners shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service, or any reliance placed on the location scores provided.

7. Third-Party Links & External Services

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., municipal feedback forms, public transport operators, external real-estate listings). We do not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

9. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time to reflect software updates, legal requirements, or new municipal features. 10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia and the applicable legal framework of the European Union. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Zagreb, Croatia.
